[CONTROLLER-1811] controller archetype IT (it.pkg.it.BasicTest) gets stuck locks

Before even hitting ~~CONTROLLER-1810~~, with a now Ignore'd test, after fixing the ~~CONTROLLER-1799~~ problem so that https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/66545/ finally passes the build on Jenkins (OMG!), we see that it.pkg.it.BasicTest getting stuck due to the usual org.ops4j.pax.swissbox.tracker.ServiceLookupException: gave up waiting for service org.ops4j.pax.exam.ProbeInvokerFactory perhaps (I'm not sure) due to this, full details see in attached log:

This seems to be CSS related - can't we just remove that from the archetype?

For the short term, I'll completely comment out it/ to be able to finally merge this c/66545...
