Thus when the lookup happens it fails to find the file and thus fails.</p> <p>Solution ship the ietf-restconf.yang file from yangtools.</p> <p>Operating System: Mac OS<br/> Platform: PC</p> CONTROLLER-318

The 00 version of the restconf doesn't support 'streams'.</p> <p>You need to bring in newest ietf-inet-types and ietf-yang-types.
