[CORETUTOR-11] artifact binding-parent referenced on master but not present on master

I am trying to build coretutorials from master branch but get maven error because "org.opendaylight.odlparent:features-parent:pom:3.0.2" cannot be found.

"org.opendaylight.odlparent:features-parent" seems to only exist in on the stable/carbon branch, and in version "1.8.4-SNAPSHOT".

Under:

https://nexus.opendaylight.org/content/repositories/opendaylight.release/org/opendaylight/odlparent/features-parent/

there is no version 3.0.2

it is referenced as parent in eg. ncmount/features/pom.xml on master branch

I copied global maven settings from opendaylight server.

Checked out some reposiories, so my root folder looks like this:

First maven error:

It is only possible to build ncmount on stable/carbon
