[DLUX-63] DLUX Yang UI causes UI to not render without Yang Visualizer

Observed when installing ODL Li included with the OPNFV Arno Foreman puppet recipe.

ODL installed and running on controller 1 via Foreman.

MD-SAL API Docs active DLUX Topology widget active (http:// {public p}
:8181/index.html)
Yang UI & Visualizer not active
Via karaf console, installed feature “odl-dlux-yangui” (Web UI rendered as a blank white background)
Via karaf console, installed feature “odl-dlux-yangvisualizer” (Web UI back with “Yang UI” & “Yang Visualizer” links/tabs properly functioning)

Without running through all of the possible scenarios, “odl-dlux-yangui” basically requires “odl-dlux-yangvisualizer”. Additionally, yangvisualizer does not function properly without yangui however the UI at least renders.
