[DLUX-84] Yang UI - There should be no body sent when executing "Delete" request

When executing delete request with some specific data, there is body sent.

Repro steps:
1. Yang UI -> API tab -> expand network-topology rev.2013-10-21 -> expand config -> click network topology to load topology list in form.
2. Expand arrow expander in front of network-topology to open topology list in form, click topology list + button to open topology-id input.
3. Execute DELETE request.
4. Buggy behaviour: In History tab, there is Sent data button enabled and sent data box contains body.
