[DOCS-114] Make sure all MR projects are in MR list on RTDs main page

Front and center on the landing RTDs page there is a list of the managed projects, imported from their-project specific docs/ dirs.

A few projects have something wrong however, and they are missing. For example odlparent doesn't have proper docs/*, just a text file, so it wasn't being linked and had to be manually linked for now. I strongly suspect there are other projects missing for other reasons. Audit against MR POM and verify.
