[DOCS-148] Not able to download Maven and an archetype called the opendaylight-startup-archetype for Sulphur 16.3.0

I am trying to run the hello world program for ODL Sulphur.

Trying with

archetype:generate -DarchetypeGroupId=org.opendaylight.archetypes -DarchetypeArtifactId=opendaylight-startup-archetype -DarchetypeCatalog=remote -DarchetypeVersion=1.6.3

Giving error:

Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-archetype-plugin:3.2.1:generate (default-cli) on project standalone-pom: The desired archetype does not exist (org.opendaylight.archetypes:opendaylight-startup-archetype:1.6.3)

Also tried below command
{{mvn archetype:generate -DarchetypeGroupId=org.opendaylight.controller -DarchetypeArtifactId=opendaylight-startup-archetype \
-DarchetypeRepository=http://nexus.opendaylight.org/content/repositories/<Snapshot-Type>/ \

It is also giving the error. While with second command with 1.4.0 I am able to download. Please help me on this
