It turns out sphinx only generates docs if they are linked from somewhere starting from index.rst.</p> <p><a href="https://jira.opendaylight.org/secure/ViewProfile.jspa?name=clavoy" class="user-hover" rel="clavoy">clavoy</a> is going to re-add the dev-doc link on the index page.</p> <p>Doh, my mistake here. I never actually clicked the submit button so that patch was never actually merged, which explains why it never showed up on the site.
