[GBP-6] POC demo scripts fail w/o authorization in REST calls

The Group Based Policy Proof of Concept demo uses REST to configuration the application. The REST calls are made using python scripts that are part of the groupbasedpolicy repo. The recent addition of AAA to the controller requires REST calls to use Basic Auth, so the python scripts need to be modified to add this.
