[GENIUS-121] TEP is created with same local & remote IP when br-int is removed and added

TEP is created with same local & remote IP when br-int is removed and added.

Check auto-tunnels are created for default-transport-zone across all ovs switches.
2. Delete br-int bridge in a compute node "ovs-vsctl del-br br-int"
3. check TEP's again
4. Re-add br-int and verify ovs-vsctl in compute and run CLI command "tep-show-state.
