One or more tunnel interface AdmState &amp; OpState is not as expected.</p> <p>Steps:<br/> 1. Create 2 OVS switches <br/> 2. Create OF tunnel based between these ovs switches i.e., use option_of_tunnel in vtep JSON.<br/> 3.
