[INTDIST-117] Builld opendaylight distro during AR

Some time ago - ODL distributions were called opendaylight-<VERSION>, now they are karaf-<VERSION>.
This change is effective since transportpce is no longer a self-managed project.

In order to call them opendaylight again we have to run a build in "opendaylight" project.

But the build of "opendaylight" project was triggered manually. AR runs just build of "karaf" project.

For now its difficult to remove "karaf: module and use "opendaylight" instead because there is a lot of references to "karaf" in test and builder projects.

Thus for now just move the opendaylight module to the managed profile in order to create distro named opendaylight-<VERSION> during AR.
