[INTDIST-7] Karaf feature repo not being installed

Downloading the Karaf artifact

starting up karaf with "bin/karaf"
I don't see any feature that should be there such as BGP, AAA, OVSDB, AL-SAL

opendaylight-user@root>feature:list | grep bgp
opendaylight-user@root>

Where if i build the controller locally all the feature are installed.

but they can be found in features-integration file that is installed in system/

workaround
repo-add mvn:org.opendaylight.bgpcep/features-bgp/0.3.1-SNAPSHOT/xml/features
