[INTPAK-226] Migrate packaging JJB to use new lftools API for pkg publish

The lftools logic we use to publish packages to Nexus repos (maven deploy) is changing, and we need to change our usage accordingly. Basically some version and package type extraction logic that was in lftools is being removed and the version/type are expected to be passed via API. We should do that logic in Int/Pack JJB and then pass to new API.
