This is a change in OpenDaylight related to feature loading. The new recommended method is using the feature:install interactive Karaf shell command, but that's not a good option for configuration management tooling (ODL needs to be up first etc).</p> <p>This breaks adding features to ODL with puppet-opendaylight after the initial puppet-apply.</p> <p>This was the cause of <a href="https://jira.opendaylight.org/browse/INTPAK-11" title="Fix puppet-opendaylight username/password test curl hang" class="issue-link" data-issue-key="INTPAK-11"><del>INTPAK-11</del></a> - restconf feature installed by password check test wasn't being loaded.</p> <p>Might should add a test that shows this failure clearly.</p> INTPAK-59
