[INTPAK-86] Grep in karaf.log during Beaker tests to verify config took effect

The puppet-opendaylight Beaker tests stand up a VM/container, use the Puppet mod to install ODL and repeatedly configure it based on test params. We currently do Beaker checks on the config files we expect to see edited, but it would be good to additionally check ODL's log (when/if possible) to verify that ODL knows about the change.
