Netconf CRUD suite uses add-netconf-node RPC which has not been added to Nitrogen

Now I see the CRUD is also a directory, which hosts the new suite CRUD-RPC. So the suite is fine, but stream-specific testplan should be used to skip this suite for streams which do not support the RPC (mainly boron).</p> <p>The fix is ready as discussed in <a href="https://jira.opendaylight.org/browse/NETCONF-456" title="Honeycomb mounting sometimes fails in Oxygen" class="issue-link" data-issue-key="NETCONF-456"><del>NETCONF-456</del></a> marking as duplicate.</p> Duplicate NETCONF-456 Development Rank 0|i01luf:
