[IOTDM-46] Boron RC2: blocking issue ... restconf access broken

                <project id="10131" key="IOTDM">iotdm</project>

IOTDM makes use of pax-web-jetty ... it seems pas-web-jetty has moved to version 3.2.9 but IOTDM was using 3.2.6 and this confuses the system. IoTDM has moved to using 3.2.9 with the patch listed below.

https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/44814/

I tested distribution-karaf-0.5.0-Boron-RC1.tar.gz which is broken as above.

I then tested distribution-karaf-0.5.0-Boron-RC2.tar.gz which WORKS as it includes that patch I mentioned above.

I am slightly confused as the RC1 build is supposed to be really RC2 ... does this mean that RC2 above is going to be labelled RC3???
