[L2SWITCH-85] Unable to capture OpenDaylightInventoryListener notifications in arphandler

Steps to reproduce:
1. Clone the latest master branch
2. Add sysouts/loggers in ProactiveFloodFlowWriter and compile.
ProactiveFloodFlowWriter should capture updation/removal for node and node connectors. When I tried to log these events [in overridden methods - onNodeUpdated(), onNodeRemoved(), onNodeConnectorUpdates(), onNodeConnectorRemoved()] using logger / sysouts nothing gets triggered.
3. Run the controller and attach mininet network to it.
No new node event is captured.
4. add port to any switch
ovs-vsctl add-port s1 s1-eth3 – set interface s1-eth3 type=internal
No new nodeconnector event is captured
5. Disconnect mininet network.
No node remove event is captured.
