[MDSAL-522] Eliminate blueprint from mdsal-trace-impl

mdsal-trace-impl uses blueprint for a couple of things:

odl:clustered-app-config to bind its configuration (from CM?)
BindingNormalizedNodeSerializer to wire codec, only used for DOM->Binding InstanceIdentifier translation
publish a service with higher rank than delegate

All of these should eventually doable through Components. Once that is possible migrate away from blueprint.
