[MDSAL-603] Remove getter @Nullable annotations for non-List/Map types

Until we have ~~MDSAL-602~~ available using @Nullable is very much counter-productive, as it generates a ton of warnings in code which is otherwise file. Drop the @Nullable annotation from places which do not have @NonNull requirement to improve end-user ergonomics.
