[MDSAL-702] Add support for listening on multiple notifications

Provide an equivalent atomic registration for diverse listeners so that users can achieve the same effect as NotificationService.registerNotificationListener(FooListener), except the user would specify multiple receiving listeners.

This is a prerequisite for us eventually removing code generation of FooListener interfaces without loss of functionality, but an increased flexibility.
