Controller has another copy of AbstractDOMDataBroker, named AbstractDOMBroker, which has some extended functionality.</p> <p>Adopt the changes from controller and move AbstractDOMDataBroker to mdsal-dom-spi, so it can be picked up by controller.</p> MDSAL-851
