If it works as expected we can remove <br/> <b>restconf8040.cfg</b> file and adapt <b>user-guide</b>.</p> <p>We expect that configuration should be hold in <b>etc/org.opendaylight.restconf.nb.rfc8040</b> as defined in <b>OSGiNorthbound</b> class.</p> NETCONF-1219
