Out of 100 tunnels, 92 were provisioned and 8 failed with errors. It looks like problem with jax-rs entity providers on jersey side. The describled behavior needs to be tested against 2.x jersey version.</p> <p>Move to NETCONF project</p> <p>Update:</p> <p>Issue is seen on current master (Boron) branch as well</p> <p>I was seeing the issue invoking RPC using curl from a remote machine. This seems to be a side-effect of “Expect: 100-continue” header which curl adds to the request (part of HTTP 1.1 spec).
