[NETCONF-841] Do not use CopyableNode.isAugmenting() in netconf.util.StreamingContext

The entire concept of CopyableNode is on its way out. One of its final holdouts is StreamingContext, where we differentiate the nodes.

Given that we have the root of the search, we should be able to understand if the node was introduced by an augmentation by examining its parents starting at the root node.
