Extra route IP disappearing from FIB when router associated to VPN

STEPS:

Create Network,Subnet(IPv4),Port and boot VM.
Create Router and attach subnet to it.
Check FIB entries are populated. --> PASS
Create Extra route and check FIB entries are updated. --> PASS
Create L3VPN and Associate router to it and check FIB entries are observed --> FAIL
