Observation

Reboot ODL Cluster and remove the subnet IPv6 From VM, IPv6 address are still available in Flows and FIB entries

Steps to reproduce

1) configure Four VM with different subnet IPv4/IPv6 Address(Via DHCP)
2) configure ipv4/ipv6 subnet address on VM2 and verify traffic from VM2(traffic was working)
3) Verify traffic from VM1
4) Reboot the ODL CLUSTER
5) Remove the hidden IPv6 address from VM2 during reboot
