[NETVIRT-1457] BGPVPN fails to associate networks to vpn

The test case creates 3 VMs in network 1-1 and 2 VMs in network 1-2 and then a bgpvpn. It then tries to associate each network to the vpn but it fails with

[Another subnet with the same/overlapping cidr 10.10.10.0/24 as subnet f6c023dc-3abd-4bdb-ad70-965f4fda4fe1 is already associated to a vpn

(similarly for the 10.10.11.0/24 network 1-2)

although no bgpvpn or network (except external) or subnet exist before the commencing of the test.

The fault was consistent but unfortunately the environment is not available. I'd be happy to gather additional info as would be requested when I get it up again.
