Create two VMs on same network with subnets associated to a router.<br/> 2. Configure hidden IP on VM1.<br/> 3. Ping the hidden IP from VM2.</p> <p><b><ins>Observation:</ins></b><br/> Ping will succeed as the IP is within same network, it takes ELAN pipeline.<br/> But hidden IPs are learnt and monitored even though it is not supposed to learn when there is no BGPVPN. This is as part of the current design.<br/> Observed a sporadic issue when router is associated to BGPVPN, flows related to hidden IP with router metadata is removed on switch but the IP exists in "odl-l3vpn:learnt-vpn-vip-to-port-data" datastore.<br/> Because of this, when we ping hidden IP from VM2, it ignores to learn as it already exists in the mentioned datastore.<br/> This issue is observed after multiple tries of associate/dissociate router to/from BGPVPN.</p> NETVIRT-1516
