[NETVIRT-772] BGP Manager / BGP counter count not correct if VPNv6 and VPNv4 enabled in the same time

The BGP Manager oam counter task does not take into account the VPNv6 counters.

in karaf.log, a task is periodically awaken to account the number of prefixes that QBGP has collected.
This is done through using one command that is reachable via vty:
show ip bgp vpnv4 all

The command for vpnv6 is:
show ip bgp vpnv6 all

Despite the fact that the vpnv6 command was done, the number of counters were not collected properly. On top of that, it was not psosible to know the list of VPNv4 and VPNv6 entries separately.
