It's generally a good idea to upgrade 3rd party dependencies. Perhaps this will even help fix <a href="https://jira.opendaylight.org/browse/NEUTRON-159" title="Sporadic NeutronNetworkJAXBTest &amp; NeutronFirewallJAXBTest failures" class="issue-link" data-issue-key="NEUTRON-159"><del>NEUTRON-159</del></a>.</p> NEUTRON-160
