revert CSIT patch when this bug is fixed

And, I'll need <a href="https://jira.opendaylight.org/secure/ViewProfile.jspa?name=shague" class="user-hover" rel="shague">shague</a>'s help to make sure it's<br/> good to merge.</p> <p>the original CSIT patch that we used was for an old, and completely gone, exception<br/> checking mechanism.
