[ODLPARENT-141] karaf logging for pipe-log is inconsistent

The logging in the console after the odlparent bumps has changed.

The module name included in the third field ends up being the log message itself rather than the module or package. Problem might just be that actually the fourth field is the module/package name and the third is the karaf help text line. Not sure what value that field even does so maybe just remove it completely.

This first output is from the new logs [1] and has the wrong module name:

This output is from the old logs [2] and has the shorter name:

The next problem is that the module name is inconsistent. Notice in [1] that the name repeats for a few logs, then changes to another log message, changes again and repeats to the end.
