This is in scope of <a href="https://jira.opendaylight.org/browse/NEUTRON-200" title="Figure out permanent solution for Moxy / javax.json OSGi problem" class="issue-link" data-issue-key="NEUTRON-200">NEUTRON-200</a> for which declarations in odlparent would only hurt.</p> <p>Remove all declarations that are used only in Neutron, so that it can a completely local solution based on whatever technology it chooses to deal with that mess.</p> ODLPARENT-237
