[ODLTOOLS-18] A tool is required to show the NAPT switches

In order to list the router - NAPT switch mapping it's required to use A REST call to the controller or Run from the the following on the controller:
$ sudo docker exec --user root -it opendaylight_api /opt/opendaylight/bin/client -u karaf display-napt-switches

It's desirable to have a client (Such as the OpenStack client) that will show the mapping between a router and a node and it can be run outside of the controller.
