Later the connection drops, initiates. This whole sequence recurs. But from code the echo-reply seems to be created and pushed in to OBQueue. But not sure if it escapes during flush. Is echo-request from OVS is due to the channel was idle for few seconds? Hope the re-connection from OVS is because there was no echo-reply from OFP.
