[OPNFLWPLUG-170] IllegalArgumentException thrown for invalid arg in MatchConvertorImpl

Steps to reproduce:
1) Start the controller
2) Instantiate topology via mininet, based on CPqD ofsoftswitch13.
3) Wait for switches to connect.
4) The following error floods the console.
