This is very similar to <a href="https://jira.opendaylight.org/browse/YANGTOOLS-418" title="Deficiencies in current yangtool generation of ietf types." class="issue-link" data-issue-key="YANGTOOLS-418">YANGTOOLS-418</a> but that bug is more general.<br/> There is an early example of solution at <a href="https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/17089/" class="external-link" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/17089/</a><br/> (see comments in both).
