I build and write the flow with "setBarrier(true)", as followings, and Opendaylight can send barrier after FLOW_ADD.
But in the same way it won't send out barrier after FLOW_DELETE.

Just adding that barrier is missing also here:

(Actually barrier was correctly implemented and tested only for add flow case)
