During earlier testing we found out, that the FRM (<a href="https://jira.opendaylight.org/browse/OPNFLWPLUG-740" title="FRM - integrate with cluster singleton service" class="issue-link" data-issue-key="OPNFLWPLUG-740"><del>OPNFLWPLUG-740</del></a>) needed to be changed for the clustering singleton service too.
