&lt;p&gt;1. Start controller beryllium-sr4 version.  &lt;br/&gt;
2. use mininet connect to the controller  &lt;br/&gt;
    mn  --topo linear,3  --controller=remote,ip=10.21.199.232&lt;br/&gt;
3. exit in mininet console . &lt;br/&gt;
4. connect to mininet with another topo  immediately. &lt;br/&gt;
   mn  --topo single,3  --controller=remote,ip=10.21.199.232&lt;br/&gt;
5.  The exception will show in controller console sometimes . &lt;br/&gt;
   we are using custom topo, and if the switch number is larger than 30, it&apos;s very easy to reproduce.&lt;/p&gt;</comment>
