[OPNFLWPLUG-842] switch throws an error message(nicira extension reg_move): bad match field for the reg_move_mpls_action type

code is already present to support mpls label in nicira extension. but the switch is throwing an error message for the action type (move:NXM_NX_REG1[0..19]->OXM_OF_MPLS_LABEL[] ).
error message:bad match type OFPAT_BAD_MATCH
