[OVSDB-267] External Interface errors in karaf log when using Openstack with ODL Cluster (odl-ovsdb-openstack)

When adding PUBLIC_INTERFACE in local.conf and stacking, we see that eth2 is added to br-ex as expeted, but karaf log prints repeted exceptio n s for External Interface
