[OVSDB-5] OpenDaylight controller killed when

This was observed when trying to stack.sh:

Error : constraint violation
Details : Transaction causes multiple rows in "Port" table to have identical values (patch-int) for index on column "name". First row, with UUID c87b118f-1403-44b5-a7ae-aa18f1284119, existed in the database before this transaction and was not modified by the transaction. Second row, with UUID 8e092a97-3cb7-43c4-951b-ba9e0012e26e, was inserted by this transaction.

At this point, the OpenDaylight controller has died/exited.
The PC configuration used was:
o Mac laptop
o VMWare Fusion
o VMs running Fedora 20

The VM configuration was:
o memory sensitve VM
o OpenDaylight Virtual Edition controller
o DevStack Controller
o DevStack Compute
