[PLAS-8] Use newer versions of Guava and Groovy for better security

Nexus IQ reported security violations for the versions of Guava and Groovy used currently.
Even though Plastic is not externally facing and does not use Java serialization, clean dependencies is a must.

These need to be updated as follows:
Groovy >= 2.4.8
Guava >= 23.6.1
