[PLAS-9] Morpher writers need to have access to support jars

The plastic root dir has a lib folder in it. Plastic will search there on each
polling period and will load any groovy files it finds onto classpath for morpher
logic to use. Some morphers need access to support jar files, so this feature
request is to also add jar files to the classpath.

This needs to work under OSGi as well.
