The simplest first thing to do would be to kill all but one of every kind of merge job since they're by definition redundant.</p> <p>To do this, we need some programmatic way to kill jobs in the queue, which we don't believe have at the moment.</p> <p>Operating System: All<br/> Platform: All</p> RELENG-38
