Listener singletons were not being created by blueprint because their constructor parameters were not singletons themselves that could be injected to the listeners.</p> <p>Fixed proposed by creating the listeners manually (<a href="https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/65748" class="external-link" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">65748</a>).</p> Development Rank 0|i0387b:
