Removing duplicate sxp sgt-map doesn't forward the original tag.

First speaker sends a tag 10 for IP1 and 2nd Speaker sends tag 20 for IP1. Since tag 20 came and a later time it will be forwarded to listener. <br/> 1: If I remove tag 20 from speaker2 .
